This might sound like you
People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Here are a few of the ones I work with most.
The racing mind that won't switch off. The tightness in your chest. When worry starts making your decisions for you, therapy helps you find steadier ground.
You're doing everything and running on empty. If rest feels like something you have to earn, we'll look at what's driving that — and how to put yourself back on the list.
When life piles up faster than you can process it. A space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and breathe again.
Always the one who holds everyone together — and quietly wondering who holds you. Therapy can be the one room where you don't have to perform.
Whether together or on your own, working through the patterns that keep coming up in how you love and connect.
You don't need the right words or a diagnosis to begin. If something feels off, that's reason enough. We'll figure out the rest together.
Simple from the start
No forms to wrestle with, no long waits. Three steps from here to your first session.
Fill in the short form. It takes under a minute and there's no obligation to go further.
We have a relaxed 15-minute call so you can see how I work and ask anything you like. No pressure either way.
If it feels like a fit, we book your first session at a time that works around your week.
Hello, I'm Eve
I'm a qualified therapist and mental wellbeing specialist based in the UK. So much of my work is with people who look like they're coping — who are the strong one, the reliable one, the one everyone leans on — and who are quietly running on empty.
My approach is warm, human, and unhurried. No clipboard energy, no being made to feel like a problem to solve. Just a space that's genuinely yours, where you can finally put some of the weight down.

Clear, honest pricing
I believe in price transparency from the start. Here's where sessions begin — we'll talk through what's right for you on our call.
Weekday daytime individual sessions, 50 minutes, online.
Weekday evenings, for when the day job comes first. Saturday mornings from £85.
Relationship and couples sessions, 50 minutes, online together.
Sessions are usually worked in blocks of 6 to 10. Block rates and flexible payment options are available — we'll find something that works for you. If cost is a worry, say so on our call; there's usually a way forward.
For the first time, I had somewhere to put everything down. I didn't realise how much I'd been holding until I finally exhaled.

For organisations & institutions
Alongside my clinical practice, I take on a small number of service review, training, and management development projects each year — drawing on my clinical background across NHS and higher education settings, and particular expertise in risk management and service change.
Currently taking enquiries for the coming term. For scope, availability, and day rates:
eve.thetherapistuk@gmail.comAdvising universities and colleges on student wellbeing provision and support strategy, drawing on direct experience inside higher education — with particular strength in risk management and duty-of-care.
Half-day and full-day sessions for organisations — staff wellbeing, having difficult conversations, and managing risk, grounded in clinical practice.
Supporting teams through service change — building effective partnerships and guiding transformation so wellbeing provision is strengthened rather than disrupted.
Good questions
Yes — completely. It's a 15-minute call for us to meet, for you to ask questions, and for you to get a feel for how I work. There's no charge and no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Absolutely — this is exactly who my evening and Saturday sessions are for. You shouldn't have to take a day off to look after your mental health.
We meet by secure video call, wherever you feel comfortable and private. Many people find it easier to open up from their own space, and it means no commute eating into your evening.
That's completely okay, and more common than you'd think. You don't need the right words or a diagnosis to start. If something feels off, that's reason enough to reach out.
Please still get in touch and mention it on our call. I keep a small number of flexible options and payment plans, and I'd always rather find a way than have cost be the thing that stops you.
You've already done the difficult thing by getting this far. Let's take the next small step together.
